We try to make buying online training as easy and straightforward as we can but we understand that sometimes our courses might not be right for you.

If you are disappointed in any aspect of the training delivered by us we are happy to issue a full refund if you contact us within 14 days of your initial purchase and the course has not been started. All we ask is you:

  • Let us know where we went wrong so we can try and make sure we get things right next time.

If it has been longer than 14 days or the course has been started, then refund requests are handled on a case by case basis. Please submit your cancellation and refund requests below.

We aim to deal with all requests swiftly and you should receive a response from our support within 3 working days, during working hours. Weekends are not included.
